Relationship Counseling

Whether You're Monogamous, Polyamorous, or Somewhere In Between

Healthy relationships aren't defined by looking like everyone else's. They're built by creating something that fits the people in them.

Helping Relationships Through Change

Every relationship develops its own language, rhythms, and ways of protecting itself. Sometimes those patterns help you grow together. Sometimes they leave you feeling unheard, disconnected, or wondering how you ended up so far apart.

Relationship Counseling, often called Couples Therapy, is a collaborative process designed to help you better understand yourselves, each other, and the relationship you are creating together.

Relationship therapy isn't just for couples on the verge of separation. Many people seek therapy because they want to communicate more honestly, navigate life transitions, repair trust after an injury, explore changing needs, or build a relationship that reflects who they are today rather than who they were years ago.

When your relationship is changing

Therapy provides a space to understand what your relationship is trying to become, identify the patterns that keep you stuck, and help each person speak more honestly about their needs, fears, boundaries, and hopes.

Together we may explore questions such as:

  • Why do we keep having the same argument?
  • How do we rebuild trust after a rupture?
  • Why do we feel more like roommates than partners?
  • How do we navigate jealousy without shame?
  • What happens when one partner wants to open the relationship and the other doesn't?
  • How do we balance autonomy and closeness?
  • How do we maintain multiple relationships without losing ourselves?

Inclusive Relationship Therapy

I work with romantic partners in many different relationship structures, including:

  • Married and long-term couples
  • Dating and engaged couples
  • Consensually non-monogamous (CNM) relationships, and partners exploring whether CNM is right for them
  • Relationship anarchy and other intentionally designed relationship configurations

My practice is a place of inclusion and respect for all races, genders, sexualities, kinks, relationship configurations, spiritual traditions, divination practices, and abilities.  A space where every part of you is invited to belong.

What's the next step?

Reach out through the contact form and share a little about what’s going on for you right now. We’ll set up a free 15–20 minute call to get a feel for things and see if working together makes sense.
